What time are your walks?

Dogs are walked from 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm. We currently offer half daycare and daycare. Half daycare morning dogs join the morning walk before being dropped home. Half daycare afternoon dogs are toileted on collection and join the afternoon walk before being dropped home. Full daycare dogs join all daily walks.

How long is Daycare?

Dogs are collected around 8am-9am and will be dropped home to you around 4/4:30pm. Half Daycare is up to 4hrs and includes 1x 2hour walk with regular toilet breaks.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Queens Park and all surrounding areas within 3miles. If you're a little further... No problem. Just give us a call and we'll try to work something out.

Which parks do you walk in?

We mostly walk in Paddington Old Cemetery, Wormwood Scrubs, The Grange Park and Gladstone Park.

What if my dog is muddy or wet?

Don't worry! We’ll do our best to dry and/or wash down your pooch before returning them home. They should be perfectly huggable at the end of each day.

Do I have to be home for collection/drop off?

We are fully insured to take care of your keys. You can provide us with a spare which will be locked in a safe or you can purchase a key box for your home. If you prefer to hand over your pooch in person... That's absolutely fine.

How do I pay you?

You will be invoiced monthly via email or hand delivered mail. If you'd rather pay weekly, just let us know and we can arrange something that suits you.

How safe is my dog?

We have been police checked and hold valid premium insurance. We carry first aid kits, water bottles, spare leads, emergency vet contacts and a personalised dog tag for your pooch. They are in very safe hands.

My dog isnt neutered. Can it still be walked.?

We do prefer dogs to be neutered once they are old enough but if not... No worries. We can have a chat about your dogs needs.

Do I have to provide my own treats?

We carry small treats for the dogs but if your furry friend has any dietary requirements or you prefer a particular brand, we can meet your dogs needs.

Are you open all year round?

Boarding is available 365 days a year although we do take 4 weeks leave throughout the year so please check. Daycare and Walks will not be available over the Christmas period (check information page for dates) and will restart after New Year’s Day. Boarding during the Christmas period is charged at weekend rates. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day are charged at £100 per dog per night (discounted for 2 dogs from same household).

What about Bank Holidays?

We are closed on bank holidays unless your dog is actively boarding with us. There are no pick-up or drop-off services on bank holidays.
